When choosing individuals to provide letters of recommendation for my transition to a civilian career in IT Operations Management, I carefully considered three key factors: familiarity with my professional skills, leadership experience, and relevance to the IT/Operations field. Based on these criteria, I have identified the following three individuals:

1. Brig Gen James Parker – As my direct commanding officer during my final assignment, General Parker has firsthand knowledge of my leadership skills and ability to manage complex communications operations.
